Six implants instead of four mean better distributed chewing loads and longer life of the prosthesis: it is the preferred solution for arches with sufficient bone and for young patients or those with heavy chewing.
The evaluation is done with a cone beam CT scan: if the bone is sufficient, the surgeon will offer you the All on 6; if it is missing in strategic areas, the All on 4 remains an excellent alternative.
